Image
So far...this is my favorite photo because... I think the color contrasts well    So far...this is my least favorite photo because... It wasn't a solid idea, and the angle isnt that good    So far...this was my most challenging photo because... finding images to fit the background wasn't easy  So far...this is my favorite photo shot by _Jack Pleyte___________ because.... Abstract Photography

Image
This was taken by Franco Fontana While you can tell that there is a cloud the color in the rest of the photo makes it abstract, what can be perceived as the ground isn't the natural color of it. The photographer shot a landscape, and probably changed the color in the photo afterword I chose the photo because of the color dynamic between the ground and the cloud. The ground also looks similar to the Lithuanian Flag 5 helpful hints: 1. Photograph what catches your eye 2. Seek out Texture and Patterns 3. Look for lines and Curves 4. Play in Post 5. Go Macro This is the abstract photo I took Gary Busey Donuts Which is your favorite photo and why? I think donuts turned out better.I like the variety of shapes and colors. What are some of our photography techniques we've learned that you used to capture the abstract photo? Macro, and aperture locks What makes the composition strong?  The variety and blending of shapes and co

Foreground, Middleground, Background

You will see in my background... The landscape of the hills, mountains and bluffs You will see in my middle ground... The people on horses, and the grizzly bear You will see in my foreground... The black bear on the left The most challenging part of this assignment was....and I overcame it by.... Finding images to fit the background. I scoured National Geographics for the images The strongest area of my project is...because... The background because it has a lot of depth

Leading Lines

Image
Leading Lines is a photographic principle that emphasizes the lines in the foreground of a picture. The lines are typically the focus of a much broader image. The photographer used the road as the leading line, and it takes you through the different shapes of the trees. Symmetry is the ability to cut a line through something and have it be the same on both sides. In this picture the photographer used an imperfect symmetry, while the trees aren't exactly alike they are close enough. What did you do to shoot your photo? I lined up the river with the kayakers, and shot from the bridge above said river  What did you use as your leading lines to draw the viewers attention to a focal point?  The river Who is your focal point?   The Kayakers Is your composition symmetrically balanced?   What does this do to the composition?  It's not perfectly balanced, the trees inject color that make the kayakers pop out more.
