Leading Lines

Leading Lines is a photographic principle that emphasizes the lines in the foreground of a picture. The lines are typically the focus of a much broader image.
The photographer used the road as the leading line, and it takes you through the different shapes of the trees. Symmetry is the ability to cut a line through something and have it be the same on both sides. In this picture the photographer used an imperfect symmetry, while the trees aren't exactly alike they are close enough.

What did you do to shoot your photo? I lined up the river with the kayakers, and shot from the bridge above said river
What did you use as your leading lines to draw the viewers attention to a focal point?  The river
Who is your focal point?   The Kayakers
Is your composition symmetrically balanced?   What does this do to the composition?  It's not perfectly balanced, the trees inject color that make the kayakers pop out more.
